Abigail's 3rd Birthday

Today my baby girl turns 3.  3 sounds so old to me, and it makes me so sad!   Abigail is such a pure joy.  She has such a fun personality and I think she gets more beautiful everyday.  

All About Abigail Claire at 3 years old:

-  She is absolutely obsessed with the Disney princesses and Tinkerbell

-  She loves to dance and sing

-  She loves to read.  It is very hard to read to her because she wants to read instead.  But, if you stay quiet, she says "talk it", meaning "read it".  

-  She still loves being outside most of all.  She would live outside if she could.  

-  Night time is finally so much better, but she will still talk and sing in her bed for at least an hour before finally passing out.  It is so funny to listen to the things she is saying in bed. She talks to her princesses, sings and bosses around her babies.  

-  She loves Otis and I think he finally loves her.   She really loves all dogs and animals.  When she sees a dog whether in person, on TV or in a magazine, she gets a high-pitched squeal about her. 

-  She still isn't potty trained - yes, I know.  I have been a bad parent - I promise, it will be soon!

-  She still has a hard time with the "L" sound.  The word "girl" is hilarious.   (This coming from the woman who as a child could not say "world" until I was like 13).  

-  She can throw a hissy fit from you know where in the blink of an eye.  She is sweet as sugar when everything is going her way, and when it isn't going her way, holy cow, watch out world!

-  She loves to do exercises with me - she will try to do jumping jacks and sit ups

-  Favorite foods:  Spaghetti O's, Mac n Cheese, Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Cereal, Chex Mix, Spaghetti, Fruit snacks (she would eat them 24/7 if we let her). She is a snacker just like her mother.  And it makes it very hard for her mother to lose weight, because she snacks along with her!  

-  Favorite color:  Purple (eeeew)  We have already trained her that orange is "disgusting"

-  She actually loves to watch sports on TV.  Her favorite shows are:  Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Oso, and Dora.  

-  Her favorite movie (and she can watch it a million times and not get tired of it):  Nemo.  And she will ask me about parts of the movie like she has never seen it before.  

-  She loves to run and laugh and she plays hard all day long!

-  She is so much fun, and such a ray of sunshine after working hard all day long!  I love to have someone to let loose with and who always makes me laugh!
