Because the beach at St Simons is so weird, there are lots of small lake-like areas along the sand.
(I prefer the Gulf any day of the week, but this trip was more about family than enjoying a pretty beach!)

Time at the pool....
All of the children got sun under their eyes despite tons of sunscreen. We all decided it must have been from the reflection of the water or from them rubbing their eyes so often.
